I barely remember part of the end of one dream, which took place during the day in a fictional place, and I was around an area where I think teachers were preparing for a march / parade on a road.
The teachers had different titles / ranks with symbols (medals/whatever) to symbolize their ranks(titles)/pay-grades/social standings(power) / et cetera a bit like a military-like organization or something, and they seemed to take this march/parade seriously.
It seemed that they marched/paraded at least once a year in this march/parade, and they had their own traditions for this.
I watched and maybe talked to a few teachers as I watched them prepare, practice, et cetera.
It all reminded me of the military preparing for marching in a parade, they had formations / stances, flags or banners or whatever, teachers who led the marches, et cetera.
I just watched and asked questions here & there trying to watch/learn/figure out what was going on, and it all seemed very strictly put together with formal rules/et cetera; but I woke up.
