A Malicious Mobile Phone App And A Dead Carp

All that I can remember of this dream from last night is that it took place during the day, I was inside a house where some of my family was, and I remember installing a mobile app that someone recommended (either a family member or someone on YouTube or someone with a large following of some kind).

Usually I do some basic research before installing something and I scan it for malware if I am on my computer, but oddly I did none of these things before installing the app because I was rushing due to several things that I can not remember in the dream and because I assumed/trusted that who ever suggested the app had tested it first.

After installing the app I started getting a pop-up ad that kept opening like the program had/was adware and maybe the program would open on its on like it had administrator/root access, I noticed two other apps were installed now that I did not install so the app was installing other apps on its own like some kind of malware, and so I tried to uninstall the app but it seemed to be trying to stop this.

I got the app to supposedly uninstall, the icon for the app disappeared, but it was not really uninstalled because it was still opening and reinstalling those other two apps on its on.

I became annoyed, I think that I had told some of my family about the app so now I was worried that some of them had possibly installed the app too, and so once I figured out how to uninstall it and check my mobile phone for malware I was going to call them to warn them about the app and complain to the person who recommended it and report this app as malware/malicious at the app store that I downloaded it from.

Possibly thousands of other people had probably installed the app too, if the person who recommended it really did have a large following online or on television, and so possibly many other people were struggling with the same problems.

I remember going outside near where The R Trailer should be, closer to the fence of The E House was a small river with a slope that almost made a water fall because the water flowed down rapidly and there was a tiny/small pond of water, and while I was finishing up on the mobile phone app problem a family (father, grandfather, adult daughter, child daughter, maybe wife, et cetera) from probably Japan with white/yellow skin with black hair dressed nicely were at The E House and maybe some of my family members from my mom’s side of the family.

The family from Japan seemed to be rich and the adult daughter walked over to where I was, and I remember talking with her (about the mobile phone app and other things) and showing her the river/pond et cetera.

At some point she returned to The E House after maybe her grandfather called her, I then noticed a large common carp in the pond, and it was flapping around like it was dying.

This was the biggest fish that I ever saw in this pond so I was surprised, as I watched the large carp the child daughter rode by on a bicycle, and then she stopped to look at the large carp that was dying.

Her father walked over and I showed him the carp, him and his daughter spoke in Japanese, and then he spoke to me in a bit of English with a heavy Japanese accent that was hard to understand sometimes.

He tried to explain something to me that involved the fish and fishing and something about how it was dying so you had to do or avoid doing something, as I was trying to understand and make sense of what he was saying I noticed the tail and part of the body of a carp or the carp floating in the water like something bit it off, and I wondered what was big enough to do that so quickly.

I assumed that the carp died and that the other fish started eating it but I was not sure, the father walked back to The E House and the child daughter continued riding her bicycle, and I woke up.

The end,
