Last night I probably got less than 4 hours of sleep, when I did finally get in bed I was probably out.
I possibly did not wake up until my alarm on my mobile phone went off, I turned it off, and I went back to sleep.
I had some dreams, but none of them were voice recorded.
Not only that, but I was in the middle of my last dream when someone woke me up because I had slept past my usual wake-up to get ready for work time.
So I did not have much time to get ready for work this morning.
They woke me up abruptly in the middle of a dream, that caused me to forget all of my dreams, except for barely part of my last dream.
All that I can remember of this dream is that it took place during the day.
I think that there was a man outside who possibly looked like Michael Rapaport or Jamie Kennedy, or a combination of the both of them.
I am not sure if I was in the dream or not, or if I talked to this man or not.
Furthermore, I think that the man was wearing a safety work vest because he had a job that possibly involved sanitation and / or waste management.
Like a waste collector and / or garbage truck driver et cetera and / or sewage treatment / water treatment and / or sewer related work and / or some kind of job like that.
The man was possibly working or taking a break, or had just finished work.
I think that he was standing on the side of the street in a neighborhood, maybe someone else and / or I were talking to him, but I can not remember.
I got awakened abruptly in the real world, and I woke up loudly saying: “Huh!” to who ever had awakened me by calling out my name.
That is my usual automatic response when someone is trying to wake me up, I will wake up saying Huh!, usually only once, automatically (subconsciously) before I even consciously know what is happening.
I must have fallen back to sleep pretty hard because I had no idea what was going on when I got awakened.
The abrupt awakening left me not remembering any of my dreams, other than knowing that I was in the middle of one.
I managed to remember the bit that I typed above.
The end,

I hate waking up to an alarm for this reason. It makes it harder to remember dreams. These days with the alarm I have better luck remembering my dreams throughout the night than in the morning. For example, I remembered 5 different dreams throughout the night last night, but none when I woke up.

Hello Lost Truth,
This time is was someone waking me up that disturbed my memory the most. 😀
But alarms can definitely negatively effect / affect dream recall, especially loud sudden alarms like the ones that I used to use.
