All that I can remember of this dream is that it was inspired by the television show Jessica Jones (Season 2) that I watched an episode of yesterday.
The dream involved several characters from that show like Malcolm Ducasse, Alisa Jones, maybe Dr. Karl Malus, maybe Trish Walker, and maybe one or more other people trying to protect Jessica Jones.
They were doing their own investigation that was meant to protect Jessica, and Jessica probably did not know any of this.
At some point when Malcolm was investigating alone, he was attacked from behind by a woman who hit him over the head with an object, and that knocked him unconscious.
Malcolm woke up and he hit the woman, possibly with the same object that she used to knock him out, but I can not remember if she was knocked unconscious or not.
At some point they started talking about why the woman attacked him while the woman was still on the ground, but I woke up.
