I first heard this quote during a scene in the movie Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind when it was said by the character Mary Svevo (played by Kirsten Dunst) to the character Dr. Howard Mierzwiak (played by Tom Wilkinson):
When I watched this movie for the first time alone during the evening or night, that quote really stood out to me, and it went well with that scene.
It impacted me as did this movie because I was in a contemplative mood when I first watched it, and this movie surprised me and I liked it.
