Underworld: Endless War is 2011 animated film and a collection of three short, tie-in stories whose creation was supervised by Len Wiseman, director of the first two Underworld films.
Each film tells a different story, and at different periods of history, to highlight new events of the Underworld mythology.
These stories also tell of what happened before the events in Underworld: Awakening (2012).
These shorts were released on December 20, 2011, as a part of the new Underworld Trilogy: The Essential Collection of Underworld, on Blu-ray.
Each episode is a little over five-minutes long.
My Thoughts
I had no idea that this movie even existed until today when I was preparing my post for the movie Underworld, which is surprising, because I have seen all the other Underworld movies in a movie theater; and so you would think that I would have known about this movie.
I found out about this movie today thanks to Wikipedia when I was looking at the Underworld (Film Series) Wikipedia article.
This animated movie was only 18 minutes long, it was too short, and I was not a fan of the way that Selene was animated, but it was a little better than I had expected.
