What is it?
The Zenni Optical Tortoiseshell Rectangle Glasses #103125.
What is it about?
This is how Zenni Optical describes these glasses:
A reserved-looking and dependable pair of glasses can go a very, very long way.
These full-rim rectangle frames for men or women will always be there to go the extra mile.
Available in black or tortoiseshell, you’re assured to have a style that will always complement your ever-changing style.
Please note, the actual pattern on eyeglasses may vary slightly from the one pictured.
My Thoughts
These are my first pair of tortoiseshell glasses, the height of this frame is 2 mm shorter than my previous frame, this is possibly one of my only pair of acetate glasses that I have owned, but I could be wrong.
I have only had these glasses for barely over a day, and I was not even able to test whether the photochromic lenses are working properly or not because of daylight saving time.
I do not have another post ready at this time, so I decided to finish this quick review.
It feels sturdy, it fits pretty well, and it looks like a more expensive pair of glasses compared to any of my previous glasses; but it would be nice if they were 1 mm – 2 mm taller and wider.
But the golden / light parts of the tortoiseshell pattern glows and causes a distraction and slight blur at the bottom of my lenses that bother and distract me at times.
They look pleasant though, and maybe I will get used to it eventually; and if not I can buy or get the black version of these frames if necessary.
My next frames will probably be black, and I may go with the black version of the previous clear frames that I had or the black version of this pair.
The end,
