I saw this video in my recommended list on YouTube and I decided to glance at it, it looked easy enough to follow, and so recently during the night I decided to workout to this video.
This was my first time working out to a video in many years, it was easy to follow and it used most of the exercises that are already in my exercise routine, and I survived all twenty minutes to my surprise.
It was a good workout and I felt pretty good afterward, my right calf muscle was slightly sore when I first woke up, but felt good after stretching.
