There used to be a music video for this song Ce Plaisir (Ne M’est Pas Donné) by the musician Bless from her 2006 music album Bless, there was a female nurse singing sexily over / on a male patient who was mostly in a body cast in a hospital I think, but I can not find that music video now.
This was one of those random French songs that I found years ago when I was looking for some French music.
