The 2020 Netflix American supernatural horror web TV show Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina Part 4 (Season 4).
My Thoughts
I was not exactly looking forward to this final season because the show has been getting worse each season and the character Sabrina Spellman went from being my favorite character in the first season to me liking her character less & less each season to the point that I wish that Mandrake Sabrina was the main Sabrina.
Fortunately this season was not as bad as I had expected in the beginning, I possibly barely liked it better than the previous season at first, but I could be wrong; but it got worse enough at the end that my brother GC & I changed our opinion, and we possibly liked the previous season slightly better overall.
Unfortunately Sabrina Spellman’s decline as a character (even her hair started to look fake & annoying like either they started using a wig or they started overdyeing her hair & over straightening it, and maybe the acting got worse or at least lazier like maybe Kiernan Shipka is ready to move on) has gotten so bad this season that she is a bit of a villain now in my opinion, and even Sabrina Morningstar is a better & more likable & more ethical character than her even though she is from hell.
That is bad / sad, Sabrina went from being one of my favorite characters & female characters in a recent TV show in the first season, to one of my least favorite characters in this show.
Also the use of magic & powers was very minimal oddly, the story telling got worse with less lore et cetera, and they put more fake & annoying & forced female empowerment et cetera stuff that was done poorly & actually sent bad messages to males & females mostly in my opinion.
A certain character even got away with murdering a baby with no consequences and without pushback from most of the characters in the show, and this character even got rewarded several times in the end instead of shamed et cetera; and I guess this was part of the poorly done forced female empowerment stuff which is a shame because the first season did a better job with female empowerment & sending better messages to males & females.
It still was not as bad as it could have been, I still think that this show deserved a better final season, but I am glad that it was not completely terrible.
But I do not think that they should continue this show unless they get a new director & new writers et cetera who can can do the show equal to or better than the first season.
