What is it?
The 2009 American mystery science fiction psychological thriller movie The Fourth Kind.
This is how The IMDb describes this movie:
A thriller involving an ongoing unsolved mystery in Alaska, where one town has seen an extraordinary number of unexplained disappearances during the past 40 years and there are accusations of a federal cover up.
My Thoughts
This movie has a special spot in history for me, this movie was possibly the last movie that I ever got to rent from a movie rental store, shortly after I returned this movie to the last movie rental store in the city of D it closed down.
The city of D has not had a video rental store since then as far as I can remember.
Red Box, Netflix, YouTube, & other online streaming websites / services et cetera put the video rental stores out of business basically I assume.
The trailer for this movie definitely got my attention and one scene of someone floating in the air really creeped me out, and I knew that I had to see this movie once it was available on DVD.
While this movie was not as good as I had hoped, it still managed to creep me out & make me feel uncomfortable, and so it was actually scarier to me than most horror films that I have seen probably.
The end,
