This is how The IMDb describes this documentary:
450,000 years ago our ancestors descended from the heavens to engineer the first human beings. To us they were Giants that ruled as Gods over mankind. Now new evidence and scientific research acknowledges their existence on earth but reveals when they will return. The truth of their real origin and purpose is much more bizarre and amazing than anything previously believed. From the Garden of Eden to the Great Flood; from the God of the Bible to the secrets of Enoch all shall be revealed.
I am glad that this was the shortest documentary yet out of the recent ones that I mostly listened to while doing other things.
Like many of the other documentaries, this one jumps to conclusions a lot, and it jumps around between various bits & pieces of religious text & myths & legends assuming that their assumptions are likely correct.
I do like how they grounded this topic more than I had expected instead of assuming aliens all the time, but it is not as scholarly as it should have been in my opinion.
This documentary did mention some things that I had not heard before in reference to certain alleged translations & meanings & cultural references for certain words & stories et cetera, but they did not cite sources most of the time for those things.
In the end you are just left with their assumption without much to back it up.
