All that I can remember of this dream is that my former female coworker SS from The BP Library was in the dream at some point, at some point the dream took place at a college, and a woman there came up with a new technique / method / whatever that allowed a camera and / or something to capture various details in an image of a person that could be used to greatly identify the identity of those who commit crimes against women (especially).
I can not remember much of the details other than that one of the details in images that this new technique / whatever allowed you to see seemed to be a somewhat infrared-like mode that highlighted certain details in two or more different colors, basically instead of just seeing an image of a person, you could switch between seeing that image with a focus on various details using different ways of showing details.
At some point in the dream the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (SVU) characters detectives, Elliot Stabler & Olivia Benson, went to the college to meet the woman wanting to give her funding & wanting to use her new technique / whatever to help them in their investigations, especially in crimes against women, but that is all that I can remember of this dream.
