All that I can remember of this dream is that it was inspired by the animated TV show Invincible, in this dream Cecil Stedman & The Global Defense Agency were researching Viltrumites including Nolan Grayson (Omni-Man) & Mark Grayson (Invincible), they were trying to figure out ways to defeat them just in case they became a threat one day.
I was on a computer looking at some text about this research, and I remember editing one of the paragraphs of this research.
