Mr. Nancy’s Funeral Home Speech To Mr. Ibis & Bilquis | American Gods (Season2) | The Greatest Story Ever Told (Episode 4)

What Is It?

Part of a scene from Episode 4 (The Greatest Story Ever Told) of the TV show American Gods (Season 2) of Mr. Nancy’s (Anansi’s) funeral home speech to Mr. Ibis & Bilquis.

Mr Nansi’s Talk With Other Gods.
Mr. Nancy Speaks | American Gods
Mr. Anansi Funeral home scene!!!

Here is how Fandom describes this scene:

Mr. Ibis is working on Lila’s body in the preparation room of the funeral parlor when Bilquis arrives.

They greet each other with affection before Bast the cat and Mr. Nancy enter.

Nancy confronts Bilquis for initially siding with Mr. World and Ibis for not riding the carousel because he wants peace.

Nancy wants to know the trade-off for joining the New Gods.

Nancy understands oppression, exploitation, and human trafficking and how it has only evolved in America from slavery to prison, police brutality, and other traumas.

Ibis acknowledges that he hears every voice and records their names from a bird’s-eye view, while Bilquis claims that their suffering is timeless and not sacred.

Nancy tells them they cannot sit out this war and as three African gods, it is on them to fight for themselves.

If a Black lady had died instead of Zorya Vechernyaya, Wednesday and Czernobog would not be seeking vengeance.

Bilquis is moved by Nancy’s speech and kisses him deeply, while Ibis looks on uncomfortably before proposing they have a drink.

Shadow Moon’s Vigil For Mr. Wednesday | The BP Library Tablets Get Hacked?

Dream 1

All that I can remember of this dream is that it involved the character Shadow Moon holding vigil for Mr. Wednesday by hanging on the World Tree (Yggdrasil), at some point Shadow seemed barely conscious / alive when he realized that the vigil was done & that his power (godhood or demigodhood I assume) was fully charged and / or activated, and he was now able to get off the World Tree & that Mr. Wednesday was resurrected; but that is all that I can remember of this dream.

A Family Gathering And A Corpse And Shadow Moon

Source: IMDb

This dream is unclear and involved at least three different parts that the dream possibly jumped between, and so the dream possibly took place during the morning and late afternoon and evening.

One part of the dream involved being in the yard of The E House, a second part of the dream involved the character Shadow Moon from the television show American Gods, and a third part of the dream involved shopping at a grocery store that was possibly near the yard of The E House.

The early part of the dream that took place at the yard of The E House involved me being there maybe in the morning, I remember checking the mail and newspaper and phone book in the front yard, and moving what I found under the entrance-way of the front door.

Some of my family slowly started showing up like a family gathering was going to take place, I was in the backyard with someone when maybe we got attacked by a man who was possibly working for a mafia or something (maybe a hitman), but I can not remember; I just remember that there was a dead body, I assume we killed the person who tried to kill us, and then we tried to hide the body so that our family members would not see it.

We were going to take the body away but too many family members had arrived for the gathering, and so we hid the corpse near the chicken coop that looked different than in real life and this area was larger and slightly different.

We were probably afraid what would happen if anyone found out what happened to the assumed mafia hitman who tried to kill us, I assume we were afraid what the assumed mafia would do, and maybe if the police would even believe us so getting rid of the body was the option that we decided to go with.

We decided to hide the body first, and then get rid of it when there was no one around.

Another part of the dream involved Shadow Moon and possibly things involving American Gods and a few other things, Shadow Moon possibly moved between wherever he was and maybe the grocery store and maybe even the yard of The E House, but I can not remember.

The last part of the dream involved shopping at a grocery store that was possibly near or connected to the yard of The E House, I went there along with someone else, and maybe Shadow Moon was there shopping too.

The dream probably jumped between the parts with me and the parts with Shadow Moon, and maybe the parts where we happen to be in the same area.

But that is all that I can remember of this dream.

The end,
