HBO surprised its subscribers and the TV industry on Friday by announcing that it has canceled the big-budget science-fiction series Westworld just a few months after its fourth season concluded, Variety reports.

The series, which has received 54 Emmy nominations during its run, was intended to end with its fifth season, according to recent statements from its two showrunners, Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy.

The husband-and-wife creative couple had a specific ending in mind that now won’t make it to the screen, though many viewers felt that the ending of the fourth season also worked as a conclusion.

Several reasons contributed to HBO’s decision, including high production costs, declining viewership, and sliding critical response amid an overall effort to cut costs at the newly formed parent company Warner Bros. Discovery.

Westworld set records when it first premiered, but its viewership declined with each season, with the recently aired season four experiencing an especially sharp drop.

This morning my memory of my dreams from last night got mostly destroyed by a strange interrupting and distracting dream and sleep and wake cycle that kept happening as I was dreaming and thinking that I was blogging my dreams in the real world but I was actually still dreaming.

I was trying to blog my dreams inside a dream thinking that I was in the real world but my blogging of my dreams kept getting interrupted by things related to Donald Trump, and it was like someone or something kept messing up my posts that I was typing and making messed up pages and making messed up Donald Trump articles on Wikipedia and on my blog and maybe other wikis online and adding messed up link text and links on my blog.

The Daily Post had a Daily Prompt today called Mad Libs, and this is what it said:

Turn to your co-workers, kids, Facebook friends, family — anyone who’s accessible — and ask them to suggest an article, an adjective, and a noun.

I asked my brother GC and he provided me with this article, adjective, and noun: “An Odd Question.”.

An Odd Question

Today I was asked an odd question that left me a bit confused at first, an article, what kind and what is that; and if they are referring to the grammar term article is that an, a, and the (and sometimes some)?

I checked on Wikipedia to make sure: article (grammar), and here are the Wikipedia articles for adjective and noun and mad libs for those who are not sure about what those mean.

I wondered how were people who were alone would be able to answer this Daily Prompt, and this Daily Prompt seemed a bit inconsiderate to me; and I felt that this Daily Prompt should have been more clear, and that it should have provided in-text links that would define those terms and that they should have more clearly said what they want you to write about.

Also for almost a month or for a month now there has been a bug where the Daily Prompts do not show up in the WordPress.com Reader so you have to be following by email or manually to even know that a Daily Prompt is released each day, I reported this bug twice to the WordPress.com Staff and it was acknowledged as a bug and they said that they were working on it, but it still has not been fixed yet weeks later; and so it would be nice if they could fix this, and I would recommend that other people also report this to them too (WordPress.com Contact Page orhelp@wordpress.com) if you have noticed this same bug.
