In this dream, I was in Canada during a gray day with my former male classmate JC and some other people outside a modern multi-story building in a nice city.
An event had just ended, we saw the Prime Minister Of Canada alone outside nearby the building, with no security or anyone.
This dream involved a Cyberpunk 2077-like world, it was not as futuristic & dark as the Cyberpunk world, it was just similar in some ways, I was in this part of the dream, but I can not remember the details
At some point in the dream, I talked to some kids, maybe some random kids started talking to me along a sidewalk or something.
In this dream, I was working alone (I seemed to be the only adult working there) at a struggling orphanage, all the orphans were kids (children), including the character Lyra Belacqua (Lyra Silvertongue) (played by the actress Dafne Keen) from the TV show His Dark Materials.
At some point when we were eating a meal of cabbage soup-like stuff & maybe hushpuppies (which tasted real), I fell ill, so ill, that I lost consciousness.
The end of this dream took place inside a house-like building, I was protecting / babysitting / whatever some children, including some non-human humanoid children who were smaller than humans (I can not remember what they looked like though, and I can not remember if there were more than one species of them or not).
I assume that there must have been some kind of threat, I can not remember what though, I probably did not know the children & I probably found them by accident, but I can not remember; and at some point I needed to temporarily leave them alone.

In this dream, which took place during the day, some people possibly got knocked unconscious from behind and got operated on the back of their neck / spine and maybe head and maybe somewhere else; maybe some kind of implant(s) (possibly some kind of advanced technology) was attached to those areas.
They do not remember and are not sure what happened, I am not sure if it happened to me too or not, I only had partial memory like my memory was mostly erased.
