I think that my sleep and dreams were very negatively impacted by me having a cup of coffee at work.

This dream took place inside a house dorm / first floor of The E House-like place, a military patron & my former male classmate DH & others & I were there, and I remember looking for a bathroom.

Dream 2

This dream took place inside a building that had The BP Library in part of it & a living quarters area, and I was there working along with some of my coworkers like Mr. CF & my brother GC.

Dream 1

All that I can remember of this dream is that it seemed to involve a WWE professional wrestling event from maybe 2005 or older, and I was there, I think.

There were a variety of professional wrestlers in this event, most of which are retired now-a-days, so it was cool to see them wrestling again, and one of the wrestlers that I remember seeing there was Ric Flair who was younger of course.

My Experience Having A Panic Attack (ANXIETY)

I am glad that Young Don The Sauce God figured out what was causing his anxiety and that he made a change that had a positive impact on his life, and I think that this will help other people too who might be having health issues as a result of coffee / caffeine use.
