Discover how mRNA vaccines help your immune system fight viral infections and how this decades-old technology was used to create COVID-19 vaccines.
In the 20th century, most vaccines took over a decade to research, test, and produce. But the vaccines for COVID-19 were cleared for emergency use in less than 11 months. The secret behind this speed is a medical technology that’s been developing for decades: the mRNA vaccine. So how do these revolutionary vaccines work? Kaitlyn Sadtler and Elizabeth Wayne dig into the science of mRNA technology.

I did not record or think about my dreams & I did not get enough sleep (I got in bed too late & had to wake up early for work), I imagine that getting my first dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine yesterday had some impact on my sleep & dreams (it was probably featured in my dreams & I did not move around as much in bed), I probably did not lay on my left side much to avoid putting pressure on my sore shoulder.
While I can not remember what I dreamed about exactly beyond things from real life like getting the COVID-19 vaccine, I do know that I did not want to get out of bed & I tried to sleep as long as I could, and that I did sleep pretty well & comfortably considering.
