/Synopsis/

Montreal, 1999.

Like every sunday, a modest Pakistani immigrant family picnics in a dead-end next to the Airport, closely watching planes land.

On this special day where the Legendary Concord is expected – a rare treat in town- Akram (17 years old), the eldest son of 3 kids, deeply in his teenage crisis, decides to take off to live his own life, creating a commotion in the family.

/Biographie/

Doctor’s Notes And / Or Medical Records?

All that I can remember of this dream from last night is that I was at my parent’s house with my mom, my male cousin ME, and several people who my cousin ME knew were waiting on my cousin ME outside the fence by the plum-tree inside a car.

The driver of the car was like a nicer and more relaxed version of the character Mother from the television series Being Human (North American) or it was the actress Deena Aziz who played that character, and there was at least one other woman in the car who was younger and probably had long hair with white skin.

My cousin ME was dressed up for an event in another city, he was going to ride with Mother (Deena Aziz) and the other people in the car to the event, and so I decided that I would go as well so I went to get dressed in some dress clothes.

Once I got dressed I did not see the car outside the fence, I asked my mom if they were gone and she said yes, and the next thing that I remember is riding in another car with maybe my former male classmate JC.

I remember us stopping on the side of a highway to maybe spend the night at a rest stop-like building so we switched into different clothing, and the next morning we got dressed and we left in his car on our way to the event I guess.

The next thing that I remember is that I was back in the city of D, I had two documents on my mobile phone from my doctor (I assume some doctor notes and/or some of my medical records from a recent doctor’s appointment), and I went to a fictional version of The BP Library where I work to give them copies of the documents (maybe I had missed a day of work because of the doctor’s appointment, but I can not remember).

I saw my female coworker Mrs. K and then I saw my female coworker Mrs. D behind the front desk, I showed her the documents on my phone and we figured out how to print them to her surprise, but after looking at the printed documents my coworker Mrs. D said that they still needed some more information.

She suggested that I have my doctor write some notes himself about my heart, maybe the doctor’s appointment had involved an examination of my heart, and I remember telling her that he also checked my pulse and blood pressure and temperature and more.

I asked her a few more questions trying to figure out exactly what else they needed before I call my doctor, but I woke up.

The end,
