Here are some quick text notes of one dream that I had:
All that I can remember of this dream is that I was inside a building somewhere, there were other people there like my female coworker JB, and Dewey Caricatures (Mr. Dewey) was there drawing pictures of people.
There was something unique going on with Mr. Dewey’s drawing method that I can not remember, I do remember that he was drawing small images of people multiple times, and he even drew me several times.
Today at The BP Library where I work there was an event, and one of the things that you could do at the event was have a caricature drawn of you by the artist D3wey (Dewey) Caricatures for free; and Mr. Dewey was kind enough to draw a quick caricature of me when I stopped working for a moment to have one drawn.
My scan of the drawing above did not turn out as well as the drawing itself unfortunately, so the image above does not do the drawing justice, but Mr. Dewey did a pretty good job on the drawing so thank you Mr. Dewey.
I have probably been curious about having myself drawn for years now, and so I finally got the chance so thank you Mr. Dewey for making that wish come true and for being a part of the library event today and keep up the good work because we need more artists out there in our community doing things like this. 🙂
