I had a variety of dreams that I remembered but did not record, even parts of the dream that I did barely record part of got messed up somehow, and so now I barely remember part of one dream.
My messed up notes for this dream said: “Paul split foot and toes then healed.”.
I had a variety of dreams but I did not record them, and so now I only barely remember part of what was possibly several connected dreams or one dream that felt like several.
This dream or dreams probably took place inside a windowless mall-like building, at some point I met my former male classmate DH, and in the dream or dreams he was still working in law enforcement and/or a similar job.
We communicated several times, work and his job was among the conversations, and maybe part of the dream or dreams even involved his job or jobs.
In another part of the dream or in another dream one or more people and I would often go to an office where a Rooster Teeth-like group worked, they would let us use their office whether they were there or not, and we would stop there to eat/drink/hangout et cetera briefly each day.
We would always leave their office looking nicer than when we first got there, and so I remember wiping down tables and cabinets et cetera with disinfectant wipes after we ate lunch there when they were gone.
I threw away some of their trash and I remember organizing a few things.
In this dream or dreams there were superpowers, a woman with light-color skin who worked for the Rooster Teeth-like company and I both had the ability to fly/levitate, and we had a healing factor.
We could even fly and survive with half of our bodies gone, and our bodies could connect our veins to one heart and we could share it until our bodies regenerate.
Before I went to sleep I followed Moment’s suggestion to try to use superpowers/superheros as a lucid dreaming trigger if I have either of those in my dreams, I possibly came close to this, but in this dream or dreams my mind was so focused on thoughts about the superpowers that I probably never did remember the trigger.
I remember thinking about, daydreaming about, experiencing, and maybe having flashbacks of the woman and I using our superpowers inside and outside the office.
Outside their office was an area in the mall where people could sit at tables et cetera, the ceiling was tall and there was more open space, and so this area was good for flying/levitation et cetera.
I remember scenes of the woman and I flying around while we only had upper bodies oddly, at one point our veins connected to one heart, and we shared this heart as we flew around until I bodies could regenerate.
My mind was so focused on our superpowers, making sense of them, testing their limits, et cetera that it kept me too occupied to realize that I was dreaming.
There is a small chance that I did possibly remember my trigger or almost did, but I can not remember.
That is all that I can remember of this dream.

I had this dream at a hotel after going to sleep late after some female hotel guests were arguing and fighting in the hallway, and I was not able to record my dreams like I normally would so my current memory of this dream is unclear and confusing and many details are missing.
I remember being inside maybe a slightly fictional version of The E House, but I was probably another / alternate / fictional version of myself who was more attractive and charming and more confident and had superpowers.
Early this morning I got so tired that I fell asleep on a couch in the living room for 3 – 4 hours, I woke up from one or more dreams without voice recording them, and then I stayed up until after 6 AM last night trying to catch up with everything from the previous day, and then I went back to sleep in my bed this time after barely setting the intention to lucid dream by way of a dream character telling me that I am dreaming.
I had an assumed sleep paralysis experience and several very short dreams that I kept waking up from, unfortunately I waited until later to voice record my dreams, and so now I can only barely remember some of the assumed sleep paralysis experience and only part of several of those dreams with maybe two of them being possibly semi-lucid dreams at some point, but it is not clear enough, so I will not count them as truly lucid dreams (Lost Truth still has the lucid dream trophy 😉 ).
