THE BOYS is an irreverent take on what happens when superheroes, who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians and as revered as Gods, abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good. It’s the powerless against the super powerful as The Boys embark on a heroic quest to expose the truth about “The Seven,” and their formidable Vought backing.

I got awakened suddenly from a dream during the night thinking that someone had opened the bedroom door and said something to me, so I awakened suddenly probably saying/asking “Huh?”, but no one was there and the door was closed.
I remembered part of one dream but my memory of the dream faded after being awakened suddenly and as I tried to figure out if I had imagined that someone/something had opened the door and said something to me (maybe someone opened a door loudly somewhere else in the house and said something to someone else in the house causing me to wake up), and so now I barely remember part of the end of my last dream.
The dream took place during the day at a fictional jail where the D Jail should be and the dream seemed to slightly be inspired by the movie Cosmopolis, which I watched last night before going to sleep, and the chief of security for the main character in that movie was in my dream protecting another rich man with whitish colored skin who was older than the main character in that movie and his family.
Somehow I went to the jail and I ended up being trapped in a video game-like thing where some prisoners would spawn as villains like The Joker from the Batman movies, and some people would spawn as heroes like Batman and movie characters played by the actor Bruce Willis.
The heroes would get weapons like flamethrowers and they would hunt and kill the villains, and so the villains would have to run/hide/fight back to survive; and when you die you re-spawn again in the jail, and the video game-like thing continued.
I remember spawning as The Joker in a jail-looking part of the building as I saw and heard villains running around, hiding, and being burned to death/killed and re-spawning again; and the rich man, his family, his female assistant, and his chief of security watched in another room at the front of the building.
I remember focusing on running and hiding around the middle part of the building which looked like a nice house with nice carpets and a study/reading room and hallways, and another Joker villain and I hid in the study room until a Bruce Willis character with a flamethrower found us and attacked us burning the other Joker alive.
I ran around dodging his attacks until I reached the hallway but then the flames started burning me and I could not move much, it hurt somewhat, and I burned alive until I died; and I re-spawned in the jail-like part of the building.
I probably died several times and then I somehow became another prisoner who had whitish colored skin but I forgot how he looked and at some point the video game-like thing ended when the rich man called an end to it, and the rich man selected a few of us prisoner to meet him and the others in his group in the room at the front of the building.
His chief of security did not like this but the rich man did not care, the rich man talked to us briefly, and then he selected me and he sent the other prisoners away; and the rich man explained to the others and me that he had chosen me, and he explained a few of the reasons why but it was still not clear why he was choosing me and for what.
It seemed that he noticed that I was not the violent type but I would defend myself and others if necessary and that I was pretty good at it, that I was pretty good at running/hiding/dodging/surviving/making strategies and helping others, that I would probably not harm his family and him, that I was mentally/emotionally/socially/physically stable enough to handle the video game-like thing, et cetera.
Once again his chief of security did not like this and the thought of me being allowed around the rich man and his family and them/him but the rich man did not care, and the rich man showed me video clips and medical data (heart rate, blood pressure, and other physical/mental/emotional measurements/data) about me from when I was in the video game-like thing.
But I woke up before I could make sense of what he was choosing me for and why exactly.
