Here is the description for this video:

Britain is not known for its soul music. But in the 1980s there was a nostalgic wave of British acts that were enthralled by the sound: Phil Collins was covering the Supremes, Soft Cell and Dexys Midnight Runners were in love with obscure R&B 45s and there was an influx of white-fronted plastic soul groups like Spandau Ballet, ABC and late era Roxy Music. But adding some legitimacy and heat to the mix was Sade. Their debut album Diamond Life defined the 80s for many, its warm sensuality the soundtrack for many an intimate moment, while singles like “Your Love Is King,” “When am I Going to Make a Living?” and “The Sweetest Taboo” quiet-stormed the charts. But who was this band? This is New British Canon, and this is the story of “Smooth Operator.”

Lazy dream notes:

Dream 1

This dream took place inside a house dorm / first floor of The E House-like place, a military patron & my former male classmate DH & others & I were there, and I remember looking for a bathroom.

Dream 2

This dream took place inside a building that had The BP Library in part of it & a living quarters area, and I was there working along with some of my coworkers like Mr. CF & my brother GC.

Dream 1

In this dream my male cousin DE & I were traveling, we traveled by airplane & maybe by bus to one or more cities, while on the airplane or bus, a man with dark-color skin started a conversation with me.

The man started asking me various questions, I then realized that I did not have my face mask on, I wondered how did I forget to put it on all this time, my face mask was in my pocket, and so I put my face mask on as we continued talking.
