All that I can remember of this dream is that I was in a building or house with all of my family except for my brother CC’s family, and I remember being in a room with my brother GC as an unknown war film was playing on a television.
I was doing something that I can not remember while sometimes glancing up to watch the war film, but my brother GC was mostly busy with something else so he mostly ignored the war film.
All that I can remember about the movie is that the movie took place during maybe a gray day, a war was going on it seemed, and a battle of mostly urban combat was taking place inside a modern city.
Several different militaries and other groups were probably involved in the battle, the French Armed Forces was probably one of the militaries involved, and there was ground and air combat taking place in the city.
The film followed the battle as it moved through the city, but that is all that I can remember of this war film from this part of the dream.
At some point the movie ended, my brother CC and my brother TD probably entered the room, and I remember my brother TD and my brother KD being younger in this dream.
I remember my brother TD complaining and getting angry and probably telling me that someone was teasing him and stopping him from doing something, it was probably my brother CC messing with him but I can not remember, and I probably resolved the situation.
After that a movie trailer or featurette for the new film Dunkirk started to play on the television, it was over 4 minutes long (I saw the length on the bottom right-hand corner of the video), and I remember my brother CC watching it and commenting that he liked this movie (he possibly meant the trailer, but I am not sure).
I was not surprised that he liked it because he is in the military so I assumed that he would be more likely to like films involving the military now.
After that the previous war movie started to play again, this time my brother GC was paying attention to it, and the actor Samuel L. Jackson was in the movie.
That was one of the new details that I got to notice about the film because the film was starting over from the beginning now and I was watching it without distractions this time, and so I was getting to see how it started.
My brother GC was surprised by this and some other things, I commented that he had missed some of those details because he was not paying attention mostly, but I woke up.
