In retaliation, the old woman places the powerful curse of the Lamia on Christine, transforming her life into a living hell. What is it?

The 2017 American animated supernatural dark fantasy superhero movie Justice League Dark.

What is it about?

This is how DC Entertainment describes this animated movie:

When innocent civilians begin committing unthinkable crimes across Metropolis, Gotham City and beyond, Batman must call upon mystical counterparts to eradicate this demonic threat to the planet.

Enter Justice League Dark, reluctantly led by the Hellblazer himself, John Constantine.

Like Batman, Constantine is a cunning, often cynical loner who is the best at his chosen profession – but quickly realizes the sinister forces plaguing the planet will require help from other supernatural alliances.

Forming a new “league” with sorceress Zatanna, otherworldly Deadman, and Jason Blood and his powerful alter ego Etrigan the Demon, this team of Dark Arts specialists must unravel the mystery of Earth’s supernatural plague and contend with the rising, powerful villainous forces behind the siege – before it’s too late for all of mankind.

What do I like about it and what would other people like about it?

I like that some less often seen superheroes and supervillains were the main characters (except for Batman who should not have been there), that magic and the paranormal and the supernatural were the main focus, and I think that other people will like that as well.

Final Thoughts

This animated movie was okay, but a few of the characters had annoying voices and Batman should not have been there.

The 2014 supernatural horror movie Clown that was directed by Jon Watts.

What is it about?

This is how Metacritic describes this movie:

A loving father dons a clown outfit and makeup to perform at his son’s sixth birthday, only to later discover that the costume – red nose and wig included– will not come off and his own personality changes in a horrific fashion.

To break the curse of the evil outfit, the father must make grim choices with his own family facing danger.

Final Thoughts

This movie had more potential, but this movie kept taking my brother GC and I out of the movie because it kept having unrealistic and illogical and annoying things happen sometimes while also completely glossing (passing) over certain things without any kind of follow-up.

This movie was longer than it should have been and it became predictable and the flaws of this movie annoyed me, even with all of the negative things, I did not hate this movie and I liked it more than my brother GC did and I felt that it was okay and I was liking it at times and it was somewhat unique at times and that it would be a nice (okay) rental (3 out of 5).

I actually somewhat liked this movie even though it kept annoying my brother GC and I at times and I would like this movie more if they cut the negative things from the film and if they ended it earlier, I think that my brother GC and I could improve this movie by simply editing it down.
