This dream involved maybe me being inside a building that had a fictional version of The BP Library and my home in that one building.
Some of my coworkers and some of my family were in the dream as I probably shifted between the library / work parts of the building, and the home / house parts of the building.
This was a surprising & educational video, I knew that light can be used for various things & I felt that the right type of light could possibly be used in healing, but I was not expecting red light to possibly have these effects.
I did not record my dreams earlier dreams and my later dreams got interrupted by me getting awakened by a weather warning alert on my mobile phone warning that the area that I live in had a mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Delta which should be hitting our area tomorrow; and my area still has not recovered from the recent Hurricane Laura which was the worst storm / hurricane that I have experienced in my life so far.
This caused me to forget all of my dreams and I could not really go back to sleep after this, but I do barely remember part of one dream.
