What is it?

The 2019 animated superhero television show Young Justice: Outsiders (which is season 3 of the animated television show Young Justice).

What is it about?

This is how Wikipedia describes this animated television show:

Young Justice: Outsiders is the third season of the American animated superhero series Young Justice, developed by Brandon Vietti and Greg Weisman.

The series follows the lives of teenage superheroes and sidekicks who are members of a covert operation group, referred to simply as “The Team”, that acts as a young counterpart to the famous adult team, the Justice League.

The third season focuses on the Team battling metahuman trafficking as, after the events of the second season, Invasion, where the Reach revealed the existence of the meta-gene, various nations and organizations have started participating in such activities; it also features the superhero team Outsiders.

My Thoughts

This was the worst season of Young Justice, it was 26 episodes (which is too long), and my brother GC and I will probably not watch the next season.

It was not the worst thing but it just is not as good as the previous two seasons, there is no real danger or threat a lot of the time, and it just feels so average and unnecessary.

The Quraq Civil War?

Dream 1

I once again woke up during the night feeling like my mind/memory had been erased and I had forgotten all of my dreams even though I knew that I had some dreams and I had just awakened from a dream, I went to the bathroom and I managed to remember that I had thought about and/or dreamed about the video game Saints Row IV, but that is all that I can remember of that; and I went back to sleep, and I woke up later and I barely remembered part of one dream.

Dream 2

The dream took place during the day in a very small fictional country in the part of Asia often called the Middle East that I think was called Quraq (which is somewhat like a fake Iraq) like from the animated TV show Young Justice, and it seemed that the dictator/government had been over-thrown by the military recently; and a young military general (probably in his late twenties) who slightly reminded me of Saddam Hussein in his younger days but without facial hair maybe was now running the country of Quraq along with the military, and he even wore a brownish/tan-colored military uniform similar to Saddam Hussein’s military uniform.

The country was very small it seemed, so small that it was mostly just a huge multi-purpose building complex with a few streets/neighborhoods/markets/et cetera around the building complex from what I saw in the dream walking around and of maps that I saw during the dream of what seemed to be the country of Quraq and/or the building complex, and so there were not that many people in the country.

The huge multi-purpose building complex seemed to be the government headquarters, a military base, where most of the businesses in the country were, the civic center, the official housing for the country so most people lived in the building complex, the police station and jailhouse, et cetera; and so the building complex was where most of the country of Quraq was it seemed.

The young general now running the country had won the support of the military by promising a better Quraq once if he became the leader and so they helped him over-throw the government/dictator who was hated by most of the citizens of Quraq, but once the young general became the new leader of Quraq he started to become/act like the previous dictator; and he had lied about his promises and so slowly soldiers who had helped him over-throw the original dictator started fighting him and the military for control of the government, and a civil war started.

Most of the people in the country continued their lives working, shopping, eating, drinking, et cetera while the civil war went on between the young general/the military and the former soldiers, most of the citizens were ready to adapt/adjust to whoever won the civil war because they felt that they could not really do anything to stop it but most of them supported the former soldiers, and the young general seemed to be very over-confident that he would win the war.

I am not sure what I was doing in Quraq but I remember being there walking around and looking at/listening to signs of the civil war and seeing military patrols pass by and watching people living their lives during all of this, I listened to people talking and I might have talked to some people but I am not sure, and slowly more soldiers were leaving the military each day to fight against the young general/the military; but oddly the young general acted like he would win even when more of his loyal soldiers left him each day to join the former soldiers.

I remember walking to the young general’s headquarters in the building complex and I walked into his office, I am not sure how I was allowed in, and he was ranting about the civil war as some of his most trusted soldiers/bodyguards listened; and I noticed that one of his trusted soldiers/bodyguards looked disgusted by what the young general had become, and he listened as the young general proved that he was just another bad dictator like the original dictator was.

I also remember seeing a map of Quraq and/or the building complex on the wall, I also saw the same map somewhere else during the dream, but I can not remember where I saw it.

The young general ranted for a long time and he was clearly blinded by his over-confidence and power, I was briefly thought of Saddam Hussein and I imagined the young general being over-thrown soon (oddly I do not think that I thought about the Syrian Civil War/Proxy War/War or Bashar Al-Assad but I could be wrong), and I wondered why was he so over-confident when it was clear that he was losing soldiers everyday and that he was hated by most of the citizens of Quraq; and at some point he finished his rant, and his trusted soldier/bodyguard who looked disgusted with him spoke.

The trusted soldier reminded the young general that he had been with him since the beginning and he had believed in his cause at first but that the young general had abandoned his original cause/beliefs/promises/et cetera and the trusted soldier said that he could no longer support the young general, so he was leaving the military to support the former soldiers, and surprisingly the young general let him walk away without being killed or arrested; and then the young general started ranting again calling the now former trusted soldier a traitor and that he did not need him or any of the former soldiers anymore, it was clear that soon the young general would be over-thrown, but I woke up.

A Young Justice Inspired Dream

Source: Wikipedia

Last night I watched several episodes of the animated TV show Young Justice with my younger brother GC, he had wanted me to start watching that show, and so I watched a few episodes with him; and the dream that I somewhat remember from last night seemed to be inspired by that show.

None of the people in the dream or I had superpowers, but we were trying to learn to work together as a team as we went around the dream world trying to complete various challenges, and one or more of the dream characters had famous parents and so they were trying to find their own path & not be over-shadowed by their parents fame.

My memory is very unclear of this dream, it was a fun and creative dream that joined a unique variety of fictional dream places and D was in the dream at some point, and a variety of unique challenges.

The dream took place during a dreamy looking day, the colors/lighting/environment of the dream seemed more dream-like if that made sense with the dream sometimes being brighter & more colorful than real life and at other times more gray/darker than real life, and the dream took place on a boat during some parts/on & in & under water during some parts/and on land during other parts.

Oddly Ray William Johnson from YouTube was on our team (I did watch one of his videos before going to sleep, and so that might explain that), there were other people on our team, but I do not know who they were.

Our team was a miss-match of people who did not really get along or have much in common, and so our team fought a lot and/or did not work together much in the beginning; and so we kept failing challenges and/or having a hard time.

I can not remember most or any of the challenges, but they were very unique/strange/crazy at times.

I remember one challenge took place in a grayish/blueish looking part of the dream world where there was a huge body of water like a sea or ocean, and we had to run around the sides on the land areas and/or ice areas avoiding certain types of non-Human animals and other obstacles while trying to complete certain challenges.

At some point we had to swim in this body of water and under this body of water, avoiding sea creatures and obstacles as we tried to complete challenges, and this was pretty scary at times; but fun.

We then traveled by boat (on a large old-style wooden boat) on this body of water and this is where we had a big fight in our team, but after the fight we finally started trying to work together.

I remember Ray William Johnson getting in an argument with another one of our team members, several other team members might have been in the argument, and I was one of the team members trying to calm the situation down; but it was mostly useless, and it seemed that we needed a big argument/fight to get us to finally work together or just quit/cancel our team and so I probably stopped trying to calm the situation.

I think that Mr. Johnson was sick/sea-sick/suffering from diarrhea or food poisoning at the time and so he was already in a bad mood, and then a fight broke out among our team; and watched the fight ready to stop it if necessary, but I felt that it was important to let everyone get over this conflict/let out the bad energy/see how stupid they were acting.

The fight ended when Mr. Johnson got punched in the stomach or something and he lost his bowls/diarrhea-ed/boo-booed on himself and on the ship floor; it was nasty, and it caused everyone to stop fighting in shock/disgust.

Everyone stopped in confusion and Mr. Johnson was embarrassed and angry, and I was trying to figure out how to clean the nasty mess up; and then as I tried to calm Mr. Johnson down he, everyone else, and I started laughing when we realized how ridiculous the entire situation was and how stupid our team had acted.

Everyone seemed to have finally gotten over the bad energy/feelings and we decided to apologize to each other and start working as a team, starting with cleaning up the nasty mess, as Mr. Johnson went to the bathroom to take a bath & change his clothes.

Our team finally started talking to each other like a team/friends and we sailed the ship to land to start some new challenges, one thing that I can not remember is whether we were competing against other teams or not, I can not remember.

I remember our team doing better now that we were working as a team as we did challenges on & near docks areas, on or near streets/roads, on or near bridges, et cetera.

And at some point we took a break and we traveled to D to the parking lot near DG on Eastside, and some of us went shopping and the rest of us talked; and I remember talking with one of our team members who was probably the youngest person on our team and he had whitish colored skin with short-medium blond colored hair.

He said that his parents were both famous actors/actresses (who I had never heard of before but I do remember that the father had whitish colored skin with blond colored hair like his son with a unique hairstyle and his mother had whitish colored skin but I can not remember if she had blond colored hair or not) and they actually came to visit him as we were talking, and I remember his dad saying that his son was at a dis-advantage since his parents were both famous and that many people would probably treat him like he did not deserve/earn things himself in life; but someone else on our team and I said that while some people would think that, having famous parents was an advantage overall, and that their son could still find his own path in life without being over-shadowed by his famous parents probably.

We continued talking as we waited for the rest of our team to finish shopping, but I woke up.
