My Thoughts

This is our first soundbar ever, so I have nothing to compare it to, and it is my first time hearing of or buying anything from the Majority brand (which is possibly a British company).

I got it on sale for $39.95 instead of $59.95 when it was on sale recently on Amazon.

The sound on the 43-inch LED Onn TV, that we got for free when my aunt JE wanted to throw it away because she said that it did not work, has the worst sound that I have ever heard on a TV.

The sound was so low, and so that is why we bought this soundbar.

For some reason, the HDMI Arc connection on our TV to this soundbar did not work, maybe there is a setting on the TV that I have to adjust, or maybe it just does not support this TV.

The optical connection works, the Bluetooth connection works, and I have not tested the other connections.

I like how you have a good variety of ways to connect your devices to this soundbar, and that it came with the various cables that I needed.

The sound is definitely louder with this soundbar compared to the TV speakers, and so it is a clear upgrade there; and it has its own remote control.

The bass is not good on this soundbar, it is not distorted or anything bad like that, it is just not noticeable.

This soundbar is more focused on treble I guess, which works for me, but it would have been cool to have a bit more bass.

At the price point, especially at the price I got it, I do not see any other soundbars that can compete with it when it comes to price + quality from my online research only.

Since I have no real-world experience with soundbars until this one, so I would recommend this soundbar for those looking for a budget soundbar.

The end,

  • John Jr
