What is it?

The 2019 American horror anthology show American Horror Story: 1984.

What is it about?

This is how FX Networks describes this anthology television show:

American Horror Story: 1984 is the ninth installment of the award-winning anthology series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk.

In the summer of 1984, five friends escape Los Angeles to work as counselors at Camp Redwood.

As they adjust to their new jobs, they quickly learn that the only thing scarier than campfire tales is the past coming to haunt you.

Since 2011, creators Murphy and Falchuk have redefined the horror genre.

Through a creepy asylum, a coven of witches, a traveling freak show, a haunted hotel and the apocalypse itself, FX’s limited series has generated millions of shocks, scares and screams and inspired its legion of dedicated fans to guess what terrors the next chapter will hold.

American Horror Story is produced by Twentieth Century Fox Television.

My Thoughts

When I saw the trailer for this I did not like it and I did not expect to like this season at all, and my brother GC and I did not like the new opening theme song or the visual style at first.

We still do not like the new opening credits theme song, but we adjusted to the look and style; and the first episode and this season was better than we had expected fortunately, and surprisingly.

I still would have preferred if they had went into the future or far in the past for this season, but they did better than I expected with the 1980s time period.

While this season was better than expected and while it ended better than some previous seasons, it still started to get wackier and rushed and worse near the end, and in the end it felt a bit pointless and like a worse spin on the first season.

In the end I feel that this season is going to be more forgettable to me, it was not terrible, but I think that American Horror Story needs to improve especially when compared to newer anthology series now-a-days; and I hope that they will get some new talent behind the camera to help them, and that the next season will be better.

The end,

Talking To Ghosts / Spirits At Camp Redwood

I had more dreams that I remembered, but I did not record them.

I went back to sleep, and I let my memory of those dream fade away.

So now I can only barely remember part of one dream that was inspired by me watching episode 8 (Rest In Pieces) of the television show American Horror Story: 1984 before I went to sleep.

American Horror Story: 1984 | Season 9 Ep. 9: Final Girl Preview | FX

This dream took place at Camp Redwood where there were some ghosts / spirits from the show and some fictional ghosts there, and some people who were still alive like myself.

One of the ghosts was or used to be a Christian, it probably was still a Christian, but I could be wrong.
